摘要
针对某钽铌尾矿中石英和长石含量较高的特点,在对矿样进行工艺矿物学分析基础上,制定了在碱性条件下,先脱杂质矿物,再浮云母,后浮长石和石英的综合回收工艺流程.试验得到的长石产品可达到玻璃及陶瓷Ⅱ级原料的质量标准,其矿物回收率约为70%~75%.石英产品可达到硅铁Ⅱ级及玻璃Ⅱ级原料的质量标准,其矿物回收率约为75%~80%.
According to the characteristics of high containing of feldspar and quartz in a Ta-Nb concentrator railings, a process with the removal of impurity minerals, the floatation of mica, and then the flotation of feldspar and quartz under the alkaline medium was made on the basis of mineralogy analysis. The final feldspar product with the second grade quality for the ceram and galss was obtained, and the recovery of feldspar is about 70-75%. The final quartz product with the second grade quality level for the ferrosilicium and glass was also obtained, and the recovery of quartz is about 75-80%, and the benefits between 94.60-106.52 yuan per ton ores will be made.
