摘要 基于多体系统动力学理论,实现对某柴油机曲柄连杆机构的动力学仿真分析,得到了活塞侧推力、曲柄销受力及主轴颈载荷等动力学参数。通过活塞侧推力和曲柄销受力的传统算法与现代算法的对比,证实基于现代算法的柴油机曲柄连杆机构的动力学仿真分析的方便性与先进性,并为此类型柴油机曲柄连杆机构的优化设计提供了依据。 The dynamics simulation of the crank and connecting rod mechanism in a diesel engine was carried out based on the multi-body system dynamics theory. The dynamics characteristic data, such as piston sidewall force, action force on the crank-pin and main bearing reaction force etc were obtained from the model . The convenience and advancement of the dynamics simulation of the crank and connecting rod mechanism in modern way was testified by comparison of the piston sidewall force and the action force on the crankpin in traditional way and modern way. At the same time, a foundation was given for an optimization design of the crank and connecting rod mechanism of this type engine.
