摘要
本文从财经类人才市场需求的角度出发,试图通过对财经类人才市场需求各项因素以及人才社会评价等方面的深入调查与分析,得到一些在新形势下关于高等财经类人才培养的有益启示,并进而为我国高等财经教育及人才培养提出一些政策建议。
With the arrival of knowledge economy time and the intension of talents competition in the development of economy internationalization,the higher education of China will face stern challenge on training talented people in finance and economics.This paper tries to survey and analyze each factor and social appraisal about talented people in finance and economics based on the view of demand in present talent markets in China,in order to obtain some beneficial enlightenments under the new situation,and make some policy suggestions for higher education of finance and economics and talent training in China.
