硒对镉致孕鼠体内微量元素分布改变的影响 被引量:3

EFFECT OF SELENIUM ON Cd-INDUCED TRACE ELEMENTS DISTRIBUTION IN PREGNANT RATS

摘要 研究了口服硒对镉致孕鼠体内微量元素分布改变的影响。结果表明,1.镉中毒可使血液、肝和肾组织中镉、铜含量显著升高(P<0.01);锌和硒含量显著降低(P<0.01);血锰降低、肾锰升高,肝脏中锰无明显变化。2.口服硒后镉在血液、肝和肾中含量减少;血液中铜含量显著高于镉中毒组和对照组(P<0.01),肝和肾中铜含量显著降低(P<0.01),锌和硒含量显著升高(P<0.01);血锰升高,而肝、肾中锰水平降低(P<0.01)。提示硒拮抗镉致胚胎和母鼠毒的机理之一是硒能引起镉在血液和组织中的再分布,减少游离镉浓度;硒还可显著拮抗镐中毒引起的孕鼠体内铜、锌、锰、硒分布的改变,使这些元素在体内分布趋于正平衡。 The effect of oral administration of selenium(Se) on cadmium (Cd)-induced trace elements distribution in pregnant Wistar rats was studied.18 pregnant rats on 0d of gestation were randamly divided into 3 groups: A:Cd toxication, B:Cd toxicater, +Se inhibition and C:control group. The rats in 3 groups were fed food and tap water, except that the rats of group B were fed water containing Se 4 μg/ml. The results showed: 1.In group A,the contents of copper(Cu)and Cd in blood, liver and kidney were increased, the contents of zinc (Zn)and Se decreased significantly (P<0. 01). The contents tents of manganese(Mn)in blood were decreased and Mn in kidney were increased obviously. The contents of Mn in liver hadn't change significantly. 2. Oral administration of Se (group B)led to redistribution of trace elements in the body of rats. The contents ofCd in blood, liver and kidney in group B were remarkably lower than in group A (P< 0.01). The contents of Cu in blood were higher than in group A and C.The contents of Cu in liver and kidney were significantly lower in group B than in group A. The contents of Zn and Se in blood and liver were significantly increased in group B. The contents of Mn in blood were higher and contents of Mn in liver and kidney were lower than in group A (P<0. 01). The results indicate that oral administration of Se could decrease Cd accum-ulation in the body;Se also had remarkable antagonistic effect on the distribution change in Cd-induced of Cu, Zn, Mn, Se in the body of rats,which enabled the distribution of these trace elements to approach normal equilibrium.
