摘要
目的:建立知母高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:利用高效液相色谱对7个产地的知母进行分析比较。色谱条件:色谱柱为HypersilODSC18柱(5μm,150mm×4.6mm);流动相为水∶甲醇(V∶V=96∶4);检测波长λ=270nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:根据相对保留值α定性、相对峰面积Sr定量,5个色谱特征峰为10批样品共有。结论:本研究为中药样品的鉴定提供了较为全面的信息,能用于中药知母的质量控制。
AIM: To set up the HPLC fingerprint of Anemarrhena asphodeloides. METHODS: HPLC was used to analyze the extracts of Anemarrhena asphodeloides from 7 different sources. The HPLC conditions were as follows: a Hypersil ODS C18( 5 μm, 150 mm ×4.6 mm) column, a mobile phase of H20-CH3OH (V: V =96:4) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1, and the UV detection wavelength of 270 nm. RESULTS : According to the relative retention value α and the relative area Sr data 5 marked peaks on 10 batches's basis exsited in the chromatographic fingerprints. CONCLUSION: This method provides useful information for identification of traditional Chinese medicines, and was applied in quality control for Anemarrhena asphodeloides.
