摘要
以西瓜为试材,选择当前较有代表性的3种商品有机肥,以施用普通鸡粪和不施有机肥为对照进行了比较研究,探讨了商品有机肥对西瓜果实品质的影响。结果表明:施用3种商品有机肥都有利于西瓜果实品质的改善,促进了西瓜果实中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、Vc以及可溶性固形物的积累,且以16.7t/hm2用量效果明显。3种商品有机肥中,以柏总牌肥效最好,其余2种肥料差别不大。普通鸡粪虽然也能改善西瓜品质,但施肥量较大,易对环境造成污染。
Three kinds of commercial organic manure ,which were extensively used for vegetable production ,were chosen to study their effects on watermelon fruit quality in greenhouse. There were two controls ,one was the traditional organic manure-chicken manure,and the another was no organic manure at all. The results showed that：organic manure was benefit for the quality development of watermelon fruit, and was attributed to the accumulation of soluble sugar, soluble protein, Vc and soluble solids. The treatment at 16.7 t/hm^2 made more obvious effects than that at 6.7 t/hm^2, and “Baizong” manure was the best, no difference existed between the other manures. Chicken manure was also a excellent fertilizer for improvement of watermelon quality.
