摘要
为了有效利用注射成型CAE分析结果、降低对分析员的知识水平要求、提高对结果评价的准确性,对注射成型CAE分析结果的评价方法进行了系统的研究。依据不同的角度,对评价方法进行了分类。以统计方法和模糊理论为基础,结合注射成型CAE分析的代表性软件Moldflow,按照评价方法的分类顺序详细讨论了各种评价方法的特点、优缺点、应用和适用性。这些评价方法有效解决了注塑CAE分析结果得不到充分利用的问题,提高了注塑 CAE分析软件的易用性。
The evaluation methods of CAE-analysis results are investigated systematically in order to eliminate the effects caused by different individuals and to improve the accuracy of evaluation. The evaluative methods were categorized according to various rules. Based on statistic method and vague theory and helped with an CAE software Moldflow, the characteristics, advantages and limitations, application and applicability of the evaluative methods were discussed. These methods solved the problem that resuits of CAE analysis can＇ t be used effectively. They improve easiness of CAE software of injection molding.
