摘要
为了给木聚糖酶的生产应用和深入研究提供依据,选用48头27~29日龄杜洛克×大约克×长白三元杂交断奶仔猪,研究小麦基础日粮添加木聚糖酶对断奶仔猪生长、代谢和血液中某些生理生化参数的影响.将供试仔猪分为玉米基础日粮组(Ⅰ)、小麦基础日粮组(Ⅱ)和小麦基础日粮添加0.02%木聚糖酶组(Ⅲ).预试期6d,试验期28d.结果表明,Ⅰ组较Ⅱ组仔猪日增重提高5.38%(p>0.05);Ⅲ组较Ⅱ组仔猪日增重提高8.52%(p<0.05),但对仔猪饲料转化率无明显影响;Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组相比,仔猪血液尿素氮含量极显著降低(p<0.01),血清胃泌素和T4含量显著升高(p<0.05),葡萄糖含量显著降低(p<0.05),其他指标变化不显著;而Ⅲ组较Ⅱ组仔猪血液尿素氮含量极显著升高(p<0.01),血糖,T4,白细胞介素2(IL-2)和血清胃泌素含量显著升高(p<0.05),T3含量有上升趋势,胰岛素(Ins)含量却略有下降.结果提示,小麦日粮中添加木聚糖酶可以显著提高仔猪增重,甚至超过玉米日粮;木聚糖酶可以通过影响仔猪代谢和免疫而促进仔猪生长.
48 weaning piglets of three-line crossbred(Duroc×Yorkshire×Landrace)during twenty-seven to twenty-nine days old were used to study the effect of wheat based diet supplemented by xylanase on growth, metabolism and some blood physiological and biochemical parameters. These piglets were divided into three groups named Group Ⅰ , Group Ⅱ and GroupⅢ to be fed with corn based diet, wheat based diet and wheat based diet supplemented with 0.02% xylanase for 28days respectively (pretreatment 6 days). The result showed that compared with group Ⅱ, the average daily gain of group Ⅰ piglet increased by 5.38%(p〉0.05) and that of grouplII piglet increased by 8.52%(p〈0.05), but xylanase had no effect on feed-gain ratio. Meanwhile, the result of blood physiological and biochemical parameters indicated that, the serum urea nitrogen(SUN) contents of group Ⅱdecreased significantly (p〈0.01), the levels of serum gastrin and T4 increased significantly (p〈0.05), and the levels of glucose decreased significantly(p〈0.05), other parameters had no significant changes compared with that of group Ⅱ. The levels of SUN increased significantly in GroupⅢ compared with Group Ⅱ (p〈0.01), the levels of glucose, T4 , interleukin-2(IL-2) and serum gastrin in blood were increased (p〈0.05). T3 levels tend to be increasing, however insulin levels towards slightly decreasing. These results suggested that wheat based diets supplemented with xylanase could increase piglet average dally gain significantly, even exceeding that with corn based diets, which was obtained by influencing its metabolism and immunity.
