摘要 目的:探讨重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者悬雍垂组织的病理变化。方法:显微镜观察重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸低通暂停综合征患者悬雍垂手术标本的组织形态学改变。结果:患者悬雍垂的黏膜、腺体、肌肉、神经、血管等均不同程度的变化。结论:这些变化可能是患者长期打鼾、缺氧引起,但反过来,还会加重上气道阻塞。 Objective:To investigate the histopathologic changes of uvula in severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods:The uvula specimen of patients with severe OSAHS were studied by using microscope. Results: Changes had taken place in mucosa, gland, muscle, nerve, and blood vessel of uvula specimen in severe OSAHS. Conclusion :These changes may be caused by heavy snoring and hypoxia, in return, these changes can contribute to the upper airway obstructive in OSAHS.
