摘要
在微乳液(十二烷基磺酸钠-正丁醇-正庚烷-水)存在下,研究了铋与水杨基荧光酮的显色反应条件.络合物的最大吸收峰位于540 nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.0×105.25 mL溶液中铋含量在0~12μg范围内符合比尔定律.本法用于合金和胃药中微量铋的分析.
In a microemulsion medium containing SDS, n-C4H9OH,n-C7H16 and water, the conditions of color reaction of bismuth with salicylic fluorone(SAF)are studied. The maximum absorption wavelengh of BiSAF-SDS complex is located at 540 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 3.0 ×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0 - 12 μg/25 mL for bismuth. The method has been applied to the determination of Bi(Ⅲ) in steel samples and stomach medicine.
