摘要
在硫酸介质中,铁能催化溴酸钾氧化偶氮氯膦-mA(CPA-mA)发生褪色反应,据此建立了测定痕量铁的新方法,同时研究了该方法的动力学条件.方法检出限为1.27×10-9g/mL,10 mL溶液中测定铁的线性范围为0.01~1.0μg,回收率在98%~103%之间,RSD在1.9%~2.4%范围内,用于水及人发中痕量铁的测定,结果满意.
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron(Ⅲ)was developed. It was based on the catalytic effect of iron(Ⅲ)on the fading reaction of chlorophosphonazo-mA oxidized by potassium bromate in sulphuric acid medium. The detection limit of this method was 1.27×10^-9g/mL for iron(Ⅲ) and Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.01 - 1.0 μg/10 mL. The RSD and recovery were 1.9 % - 2.4 % and 98 % - 103 %, respectively. The method has been used for determining ironall)in water and hair samples with satisfactory results.
