摘要 通过对超细磁粉表面的改造,实现了其与有机单体分子的复合;改变条件,可以得到不同粒径分布的磁珠,其分布范围窄;磁珠由超细磁粉核心、高分子材料层、化学功能基团层组成,具有超顺磁性和强的蛋白吸附能力。 With Changing the Surfaces properties of the Ultra-finer-Fe3O4,Have achieved to hybridize the Ultra-finer-Fe3O4,with organic monomer molecular;particles exhibit an extremely narrow range of size distribution ; IMB is Composed of the core of magnetic powder,a layer of high molecular polymer material and functional groups. The IMB is rendered super paramagnetic,and is provided with a powerful protein binding capacity.
