摘要
我国师范院校的教育实习模式多种多样,各种教育实习模式既有优点,也有不足。只有选择适合本地、本校的实际和特点的教育实习模式,才能调动各方面的积极性,从而提高教育实习质量。
In the normal colleges and universities there are various teaching practice models, each of which has both strong points and shortages. Only the teaching praetie model calculated for the local actual features can activate enthusiasm and thus improve the quality of teaching practice.
