摘要
针对我国人口老龄化的基本特点,从社区环境的健康性、户型设计的适应性,以及住宅的方便性和安全性等方面提出了城市住宅规划与设计应注意的问题。
According to the basic characteristic of population aging, some noticed problems and the solution in the planning and design ofurban residence are expounded, such as the healthfulness of community circumstance, the adaptability of the model design, the convenience and security of the dwelling house, etc.
