摘要
有害物质泄漏是一种常见事故。利用高斯公式和三维有限元建立有害物质泄漏扩散数学模型,估测有害物质泄漏扩散的危害范围和泄漏物质扩散过程中浓度的大小,相应的数学模型可作为泄漏事故安全保障工作中预防为主的科学依据,从而为可能发生的事故进行预测预警。
The leakage of harmful materials is one kind of conmmonly seen accidents. Mathematical model for leakage diffusion of harmful materials in set up based on Gaussian formula and 3-D Finite Element, estimating the endangered scope of the diffusion and the concentration of harmful materials in atmosphere. The model can be regarded as the scientific criteria for implementing “prevention first” policy in safety guaranteeing, so as to predict the accidents that may be taken place.
