摘要
针对油田采用双容积单量计量法存在的不足,采用井口传感器记录抽油杆载荷与位移随时间变化的数据信息,确定出泵的有效冲程,再由固化在仪器内的数学模型求得油井产量。该计量技术通过长庆油田17口井的实际应用,取得了较好的效果,平均误差6.37%,满足了油田产建规模不断扩大而带来的油井产量计量技术要求,且简化了地面流程,降低了投资成本。
In view of the disadvantages of dual - volumetric single- range metering method used in oilfield, a new dynamometer diagram method is presented for metering well yield. Time - varying load and displacement data of pump rod are recorded by wellhead sensor and are used to determine the effective stroke of pump. Then the built - in mathematical model of the equipment is used to calculate well yield. This metering method has been applied in 17 wells of Changqing oilfield and the average error of calculation results is 6. 37%. It can meet the technical needs of well yield metering that are presented along with enlarging production and construction scales of oilfield. In addition, it can simplify surface technological process and lower cost of investment.
