摘要
科学技术的迅猛发展使多学科交叉融合、综合化的趋势日益增强,任何高科技成果无一不是多学科交叉、融合的结晶。与此相对应,社会和市场对高校毕业生的要求也发生着变化:由知识单一型人才向知识复合型人才的转变。因此,如何培养出高质量的“复合型”创新型人才以满足社会发展的需要,已是摆在高校面前的一个十分突出的问题,高等学校应顺应社会发展需要努力培养复合型人才。
The swift development of science and technology strengthens multi - discipline interactions. The achievements of science and technology are the results of multi - discipline interactions. Accordingly, the social request for university graduates is changing, which is transforming from single - knowledge- type talent to compound - knowledge - type talent. University is the base for personnel training. How to train high - quality innovative talent of compound type to meet the demands of social development has become an important question. To comply with the social development, higher education should try its best to train the compound talent.
