摘要
此项研究是云南省植保植检站组织的烟草病虫害综合防治研究的内容之一。1994年田间药剂防治小区试验,因病株分布不匀而未得结果。1995年乃采取隔离条件下人工接种的方法,继续研究鉴别药物对烟草花叶病的抑制作用和施药时期,通过试验,采取接种后天数与病情发展的线性分析,在相关显著的情况下,用回归系数求直线与x轴的倾角(即二者的夹角).倾角大,抑制作用小;倾角小,抑制作用大,在供试药物中,测得宁南霉素、抗毒剂1号、菌毒清是抑制作用较大的药物,同时将接种后约12天以内定为本病侵入后缓慢发展期,以后逐步进入快速发展期,施药时期以在缓慢发展阶段为宜,提早或推迟施用,效果均下降。
It is gencrally accepted that an uniform infected set must be used forevaluation of the effect of chemicals controlling plant diseases.Therefore,more than 500tobacco plants were cuItivated in pots and inoculated with TMV artificially.Six Chemi-cals were used for this test with normal dosage. Chemicals were sprayed before or afterinoculation.The relationship between days after inoculation and disease index were analysed bylinear correlation. The Angles between the straight line and X-axis were used for evalu-ating the chemicals for restraint effect on disease:larger the angle,poorer the effect.Thus,it was obtained that the sequence of chemicals according to the restaint effectTMV of tobacco was Ning-nan-mei-su(宁南霉素),Kang-du-ji 1(抗毒剂1号),Jun-du-qing(菌毒清),Zhi-bing-ling(植病灵),Yun-zhi 118(云植118),andYun-zhi 98(云植98).At the same time,it was found that the development of TMV disease of tobaccomight be divided.into two periods,a slowly developing period within 12 days after inocu-lation,thereafter,the quickly developing period.Chemicals may be more effective whensprayed within slowly developing period.
