摘要
目的:建立更年宁中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)。选用色谱柱Kramasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm), 以乙腈-0、1%磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.2048-0.8192μg 范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=2.07%。结论:HPLC法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish the determination method of paeoniflorin in Gengnianning with HPLC, Methods: Choose Kramasil C.8 column (250 mm× 4, 6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% V/V solution of Phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The column temperature was at 30℃. Results: The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.204 8 -0.819 2 μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9999, The average recevery of sample was 100. 4% and RSD was 2. 07% (n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for determination of paeoniflorin in Gengnianning capsules.
