摘要
目的:选择宫颈宁处方中君药诃子、乌梅,研究其最佳提取方法。方法:采用正交试验法,以水提取物得率、没食子酸含量为指标,考察加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对水提取效果的影响。结果:诃子、乌梅的最佳提取工艺为加水10倍量、浸泡1 h、煎煮2次、煎煮时间每次2 h。结论:该工艺科学合理,可有效保证产品质量。
Objective： To screen the optimal extraction procedure of Terminalia chebula Retz. and Fructus Mume as the main herbs in the formulation of Gongjingning suppository. Methods： The study of the optimal extraction condition of Terminalia chebula Retz. and Fructus Mume was carried out with orthogonal test. The extraction ratio of water and gallic acid were measured as a marker. To investigate the influence of the following four factors： water- adding amount, soaking time, decoction time, and decoction times. Results： The optimal extraction condition of Terrninalia chebula Retz. and Fructus Murne was as following： adding ten times amounts of water to soaking for 1 h, decocting twice, about 2 h each time. Conclusion： The extraction procedure is scientific and reasonable, which could guarantee the quality of product effectively.
