摘要
目的筛选柴胡抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的有效成分。方法用溶媒(石油醚、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇、蒸馏水)对柴胡分别进行提取,应用荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术(FQ-PCR)对各提取物进行体外抗病毒药效学实验,检测离体尖锐湿疣皮损中HPV-DNA的扩增情况。结果HPV-DNA经柴胡水提物作用后,其PCR扩增检测为阴性,最低有效浓度为0.2g/mL,而用其他有机溶剂提取部分PCR扩增检测为阳性。结论柴胡的水提成分有抗人乳头瘤病毒作用。
Objective To screen anti-human papillomavirus(HPV) effective fraction from Bupleurum Chinese. Methods Bupleurum Chinese was extracted with systematic solvents (petroleum benzin, ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, ethyl alcohol and distilled water) respectively. The fluoresence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) was applied in vitro pharmacodynamics for the extracts from Bupleurum Chinese. Than we examined the amplification of HPV-DNA in the lesions of the isolated condyloma acuminatum. Results After the water extracts of Bupleurum Chinese reacted with HPV-DNA, the PCR amplification showed negative with the minimum effective concentration 0.2 g/mL. But the other organic solvents extracts from Bupleurum Chinese were positive. Condusion The water extracts from Bupleurum Chinese can take effect on anti-human papillomavirus.
