摘要
目前对精细表面下细小缺陷的无损探测已成为光电检测技术研究领域中的一项难题。根据法拉第电磁感应定律和磁光效应,提出了一种磁光/涡流成像技术,以实现对精细表面下细小缺陷的可视化实时无损检测。文章从基础理论着手,重点对磁光/涡流成像技术的光学系统、脉冲激励、图像采集处理等方面进行了创新和探索。
The nondestructive testing technology for the subsurface of the precision machining piece is a problem According to Faraday's electromagnetic induction and the law of magnetic optic effect, present a new Magnetooptic /Eddy current imaging in this paper to nondestructively test the subsurface macro-defects of mental product, and put visualization testing into effect. Based on the basic theory, we focus on the design of optical, pulse exciting, image processing and so on of the system.
