摘要
目的:建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定清喉咽合剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱 YMC—Pack 0DS—A C18 150×4.6mm I.D.S—5μm,12nm;流动相为甲醇—水—磷酸(50:50:0.3);检测波长:278nm;流速1ml/min。结果:黄芩苷在10～60μg/ml 浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996)。精密度为0.06%。平均回收率为99.26%。结论:该方法快速,准确,专属性好,灵敏度高。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for Qinghouyan Mixture of baicalin.Methods：USING A YMC-Pack CDS-A C18（150×4.6mm I.D.S-5μm,12nm）,The mobile phase was Consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid（50：50：0.3）.The detecting wavelength was 278nm and flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results：There is a good linearity in the range of 10-60μg/ml of baicalin（r=0.996）.The average recovery of baicalin is 99.26%.The definition precision is 0.05%.Conclusion：This HPLC method is convenient,accurate,stable and suitable for measuring the content of baicalin in Qinghouyan mixture.
