Survival and characteristics of local-regional relapse and distant metastasis in patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ Anon-small cell lung cancer after radical surgery

摘要 目的总结Ⅱ期和ⅢA期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)根治术后生存情况和复发转移特点.方法回顾性分析本院1999年1月～2001年3月行根治术的Ⅱ期和ⅢA期NSCLC 231例临床资料.结果中位随访时间为2.1年,全组中位无瘤生存期为1.5年,全组的2年无瘤生存率和2年生存率分别为46.3%和68.1%.全组共有126例患者(54.5%)出现复发转移,其中82.5%的首发部位为远处转移,92.8%的复发转移出现在术后2年内.分期、肿瘤分化程度、病理类型、淋巴结转移数目和范围均是影响预后的因素.结论Ⅱ期和ⅢA期NSCLC根治术后仍有多数患者出现复发转移,复发转移以术后2年内最多见,以远处转移为主,无瘤生存期和总生存期均不理想.
