老年人痰浊阻遏证组三种血清黏附分子表达的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨老年人常见中医证候分型中黏附分子的表达,比较痰浊阻遏证与正常对照组之间的差异.方法采用临床流行病学调查方法与实验检测相结合,设正常对照组24例,以社区老年人155例为研究对象,经中医辨证分型有痰浊阻遏证组42例.采用酶联免疫吸附(双抗体夹心)法测定血清P-选择素(P-selectin)、细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、单核细胞趋化因子蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平,分析各组与对照组之间的差异.结果中医证候痰浊阻遏组42例,男性22例,女性20例,年龄在60~76岁之间[(66.38±4.24)岁];①血清细胞间黏附分子(sICAM-1),在正常对照组为(3.148±1.200)ng/mL,在痰浊阻遏证组为(4.30±1.46)ng/hL,显著增高(P<0.01);②痰浊阻遏证组血清P-选择素为(11.53±8.58)ng/mL、单核细胞趋化因子蛋白-1为(12.42±5.25)ng/mL,与正常对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05).结论老年人痰浊阻遏证组中sICAM-1血清水平显著高于正常对照组,探测在炎症反应、动脉粥样硬化的发生与发展中起着重要作用分子,可能是中医证候分型差别存在的物质基础,寻求中医药诊治的新的切入点. Objective To study the relationship between some TCM syndromes and some blood serum adhesion molecule expressions, especially for sputum stasis syndrome. Methods Integrated clinic epidemical investigation and lab examination. There were 42 sputum stasis syndrome cases. In control group, there were 24 health persons. We examined the blood serum adhesion molecule levels by ELISA, including P-selectin, sICAM-1, MCP-1. Results ①in sputum stasis syndrome group, the P-selectin level (10.84±5.85)ng/mL was not higher than that of the control group, so was the MCP-1 level (P 〉 0.05). ②in sputum stasis syndrome group, the slCAM-1 level (4.30±1.46)ng/mL was higher than that of the control (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The study showed that there was a link-response expression of blood serum adhesion molecules in TCM syndromes. The levels of slCAM-1 in sputum stasis syndrome group was higher than that of the control.
