摘要
社区商业是城市商业的重要组成部分,规划社区商业应当遵循适度超前便于升级、以人为本体现宜居的原则,当前社区商业发展中存在诸多问题,应当“现代生活广场+便利商业终端”的全新的社区商业体系,解决开发商和经营者利益不同的矛盾,发展商业投资基金是可考虑的一种模式。
Community commerce is important component of urban commerce, plan community commerce should follow moderately leading and easy to upgrade , first reflect principle that should fit in with living, it is at present a great deal of question during the developing of community commerce,should brand-new community commercial system of “ modem living square ＋ the terminal station of convenient commercial ” , solving the contradiction different about developer＇s and operator＇s interests, it is a kind of mode that can be considered to develop the commercial investment funds.
