摘要
通过对传统钛阳极涂液的改性以及烧结工艺的改进,制备出的涂层氧化物晶粒细小、均匀,达到纳米级,表面涂层无龟裂纹,电极的电催化活性及强化寿命明显优于传统阳极,此电极在土壤阴极保护中具有很好的使用效果。
Through modification for traditional titanium anode coating solution and improvement for sintering process, the grain of coating oxide prepared is very small and symmetrical and its particle size is less than 100nm. The surface of electrode is no flaw, what's more, the avidity of electrical catalysis & the strength lifetime of electrode is obviously superior to the traditional one. The effects of the electrode are very good in cathodicprotection of the soil.
