摘要 针对轮胎压力监控系统(TPMS)在保障汽车舒适性与安全性上的重要作用,介绍了基于智能轮胎压力传感器KP500的直接式轮胎压力监控系统的原理,以及KP500传感器的原理和表面微机械加工(SMM)制作工艺. Aiming ot the importance of the automobile tire pressure monitoring system, in this contribute we present the principle of direct TPMS on intelligent sensor, and introduce the principle and surface micromachining of KP500.
