摘要
应用1张双极膜和2张阳离子交换膜构成的二室电渗析器实现了脱硫废液NaHSO3溶液的再生。在试验浓度范围(≤0.3 mol.L-1)获得了满意的转化率(>85%)。试验研究电流密度、NaHSO3浓度、极水浓度和酸碱性、隔室流量对再生时间的影响。获得了该实验装置的适宜操作条件,并研讨了再生过程的电流效率。
NariSO3 waste liquor is generated by bipolar membrane electrodialysis make up by one bipolar membrane and two pieces of carbon exchange membranes. The regeneration rates are above 90%. Some factors are studies such as the current density, the bulk concentration, electrode rinse concentration and acidity, compartment flux, and Na2SO4 content that effects regeneration process. The current efficiency and the energy consumption of the process are studied, which can give some references for industrial application.
