摘要
[目的]探讨宫颈癌患者社会支持与成熟心理防御机制间的关系。[方法]对52例病理确诊的宫颈癌患者采用“社会支持评定量表”和“防御机制问卷”对其社会支持情况和防御机制进行评价并作相关性分析。[结果]成熟型心理防御机制中升华分别与社会支持总分(r=0.428)、客观支持(r=0.349)及对支持的利用度(r=0.575)成正相关;压抑与主观支持成正相关(r=0.309);幽默与社会支持总分成正相关(r=0.299)。[结论]采用成熟心理防御机制的患者可获得更多的社会支持,能有效地改善生命质量。
[Purpose]To investigate the relationship between the social supports and mature defense machanism in patients with cervical cancer. [Methods] Social support and defense mechanism in 52 patients with cervical cancer pathologically proved was evaluated using “social support instruments for cancer patients” and “the defense mechanisms questionnaire”, and their correlation was analyzed. [Results] Sublimation of mature defense mechanism showed the positive correlation to the total scores of social supports（r=0.428）, objective social supports（r=0.349）, and the utility of social supports （r=0.575）. Suppression was positive correlated to subjective social supports （r= 0.309）. Humor correlated to the total scores of social supports（r=0.299）. [Conclusion] The patients who use mature defense mechanism to deal with the cancer will have more social supports, and their life quality can be improved efficiently.
