摘要
目的:观察葡萄膜炎中医分型治疗的临床疗效。方法:治疗组53例78只眼,按中医证候分类分为肝经风热、阴虚火旺、湿热上扰、正虚邪留四型进行辨证施治。疗程1～3个月后进行统计分析。结果:治愈38只眼,有效33只眼,总有效率91.03%。结论:以中药为主辨证分型治疗葡萄膜炎能显著改善患者的症状和体征,并可逐渐减少或替代激素全身用药治疗。
Objective ：To observe the dfect in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of uveitis. Methods ：Fifty-three patients（78 eyes）with uveitis with treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The patients were divided into four types： Gan Jing Feng Re（肝经风热）, Yin Xu Huo Wang（阴虚火旺）, Shi Re Shang Rao（湿热上扰）, Zheng Xu Xie Liu（ 正虚邪留 ）. Results：The eyes of recovery were 38 （48.7 % ）and 33 （42.3 % ）were effective in the patients treated. There was a total efficacy rate of 91.03 %. Couclusion：The treatment based on syndrome differentiation is obviously efective in treating uveitis, could reduce the side effects of corticosteroid and decrease recurrence.
