摘要
目的:初步分析妇女妊娠期用药的安全性问题。方法:介绍并分析美国相关的一系列政策与做法。结果:针对孕妇的药物临床对照试验难以开展,尚有许多药物对胎儿的影响不明。结论:妊娠期用药评价与再评价势在必行。
OBJECTIVE： To analyse the safety on medication use in pregnancy. METHODS： Introduce and analyses the policy and methods of America. RESULTS： It is difficult to carry on the adequate,well-controlled studies in pregnant women and until now there are not definitive answers about many drugs＇ effect on babies. CONCLUSION：We must do valuate and revaluate the medication use in pregnancy.
