摘要
针对我国成品油物流系统存在的问题,提出建立成品油配送体制,从规划布局、运输管理、库存管理以及流通加工诸方面对成品油物流系统进行优化。在成品油物流系统中引入现代信息手段,引进物流人才,发展绿色物流,从而增强企业的核心竞争力。
There are some problems in the oil products logistic system in China, for the problems above, this paper proposed to establish oil products distribution system, optimize the logistic system in layout, management of transportation, stock control and process of circulation. Introduce modern means of communication and logistic manpower into the oil products logistic system and develop the green logistic, the corporate competitiveness will be enhanced.
