摘要
采用原生质体融合技术构建成一株高效降解含氯有机化合物的工程菌RH-1.以造纸漂白废水为例,以200 mg/L的CODCr添加1010个融合工程菌的比例,向体积浓度为75%的废水中投加菌种时,CODCr和TCl的去除能力比未融合的混合菌分别提高了72.05%和190%.比较葡萄糖、乙醇(95%)、甲醇、丙三醇、苯酚及废糖蜜几种初级基质对菌RH-1处理造纸漂白废水的协同降解作用,发现:乙醇为协同降解效果最好的初级基质,于体积浓度为75%的造纸漂白废水中按2 000∶1的比例添加乙醇(95%)时,融合菌对CODCr和TCl的去除效果最好,其去除率分别为73.87%和68.54%.
By the technique of protoplast fusion, interspecific fusants RH-1 between Pseudomanos SY-1 and Norcardia RB-1 have been obtained.The stable fusants are used to treat the bleat the bleaching effluent. It is obtained that the removal rates of CODcr and TCl are respectively 72.05% and 190% ,higher than those of the mixed parent strains. Several kinds of junior nutriments are added to the reactor, and the alcohol shows its good co-degradation function. The removal rates of CODcr and TCl are respectively 73.87%and 68.54%.
