方法采用GE1.5TsignaEchospeed或GE1.5TsignaTwinspeed,对30例患者做眼眶磁共振成像(MagneticResonanceImaging)。 增强对比剂用GdDTPA0.1mmolkg。
Objective To investigate the MR imaging technology of orbit. Methods Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in orbit of 30 patients were performed by GE 1.5 T Signa Echo speed or GE 1.5 T Signa Twin speed. Pulse Sequence: SE Tlweighted imaging (WI) FSE T2WI, T2WI fat suppression (FS) technology or SETI flair FRFSE T2WI, T2WI FS technology. Patient position: axial coronal and oblique sagittal, supine, prone. Parameters: Fov, 18 cm × 18 cm, SE T1WI, TR440ms TE11ms, FSE, T2WI TR3000 ms TE98 ms or T1flair TR2143 ms TE11ms T1750 ms, FRFSE T2WI, TR3500 ms TE80 ms. Matrix 256 × 256, receiving bandwidth 15.63 MHz. Nex 4 times, slice thickness 3-4 mm. No spacing. 0.1 mol/kg Gd-DTPA was used to contrast. Results The whole optic nerve, medial lateral rectus muscle and lesions were displayed clearly on axial section, The optic nerve, medial lateral rectus muscle and superior inferior rectus muscle were displayed clearly on coronal section of the same plan. The whole optic nerve, superior inferior rectus muscle and lesions were displayed clearly on oblique sagittal section. Conclusion Parameters such as MRI pulse sequense, patient position, fat suppression technology, showld be taken together for good location in taking photos. These are helpful to display anatomic structures the orbit and to take site, qualitative analysis of orbital lesions.
