摘要
介绍一种新型液压牵引机卷筒机构的虚拟样机仿真方法。利用具有基于特征的建模和装配功能的CAD工具——So lidEdge建立了卷筒机构的几何模型,然后通过一种通用数据格式导入到M SC.ADAM S环境中。利用ADAM S软件进一步简化模型并建立虚拟样机。通过该联合建模方法,对牵引机卷筒机构进行动力学仿真,并对两卷筒输出的角速度和角加速度进行对比分析。与传统利用物理样机实验的方法相比,该方法更经济高效,便于产品的优化设计。
A simulation method is presented for the virtual prototype of the rolling structure of a new type hydraulic control towing machine. The geometric models of the rolling structure are constructed by using feature-based modeling and assembly function CAD tools-SolidEdge, and then imported into the MSC. ADAMS environment by a sharing data format. By using ADAMS, models are further simplified and the virtual prototype is established. By the associated modeling way, a kinetic simulation is done in ADAMS about the rolling structure and simulation results on the angular velocity and the angular accelerate velocity exported from the two rolling cylinders are analyzed. Compared with the traditional methods using physical prototypes, the simulation method is effective for optimizing the production.
