摘要
对喷射成形钢/Al-Pb复合板的界面结合进行了研究,结果表明喷射成形的钢/Al-Pb复合板经变形量达50%左右的轧制和320℃×5h退火处理后可获得良好的界面结合,其剪切强度可达72MPa。分析显示双金属界面结合强度的提高是扩散层形成的结果。
The interracial bonding strength of steel/Al - Pb composite strips manufactured by spray forming has been studied. It is found that the interracial shearing strength of 72 MPa can be reached when the steel/Al - Pb composite strips are subjected to a total rolling reduction of 50% followed by annealing at 320℃ for 5 hours. The high interracial bonding strength is due to the formation of diffusion layer between the steel substrate and the Al - Pb alloy.
