摘要
废钒催化剂经反浮选法除去大部分硅后，用酸性介质浸取；浸出液经ｐＨ调整、氧化处理后，用季铵型萃取剂萃取，从而获得纯度为９９．９％的五氧化二钒。钒收率达９０％～９２％。
High - purity (99. 9 %) V2O5 was obtained fromspent vanadium catalyst by back floatation to remove Si,dissolution with H2SO4, oxidation, complexation, andextraction with quarternary ammonium salt. The product contained> 99. 5 % V2O5 and the yield was as highas 90 % - 92 %.
