获取大鼠肠淋巴液的技术改进 被引量:3

Improved technique for the collection of mesenteric lymph of rats

摘要 目的探索顺利获取大鼠肠淋巴液的操作技术。方法分别以文献报道的分离肠淋巴干和我们改进的不分离肠淋巴干两种手术方式引流并获取大鼠肠淋巴液,进行两组成功率比较。结果改进组成功率明显提高,并缩短置管时间,减少损伤。结论不分离肠淋巴干是置管顺利的关键,值得推广应用。
