摘要
高等院校的首要任务是培养和造就高素质的创新型人才,而具备一定的科研素质是创新型人才的重要特征。培养学生的科研素质,必须坚持科研意识、科研方法和科研精神的辩证统一。而努力建设一支高素质的教师队伍,注重培养学生的科研意识,认真传授正确的科研方法,引导和激发学生的科研精神,这四个方面是培养学生科研素质的重要保障。
The chief task of high academies is to cultivate and bring up high diathesis creative students, whose important character is definite scientific research diathesis. We must persist in combination of scientific research consciousness, scientific research methods and scientific research spirit in order to cultivate the scientific research diathesis of students. The four important guarantees to cultivate the scientific research diathesis of students are making great efforts to construct a instructor team of high quality, paying attention to cultivate the scientific research consciousness of students, imparting correct scientific research methods seriously and exploding the scientific research spirit of students.
