摘要
“案例教学”作为数学教师培训的一个新方法受到“例中学与做中学”的学习理论的支持.从认知的角度出发,“案例教学”的教学设计要包括确定教学目标、选择教学案例、组织教学、反馈评价等环节.推广“案例教学”要解决好培训者培训,数学教学案例库,建立信息平台等问题.
The case method as an effective way in mathematics teacher training is supported by the theory--learning from example and by doing. The instructional design of case method includes task set, case selection, teaching organization and evaluation from the cognitive view. It must implement the trainer training, establish the storage of teaching cases and build information platform in order to popularize the case method in mathematics teacher training.
