摘要
随着集成电路设计与制作技术的进步,诞生了系统芯片技术。本文分析了制约系统芯片发展的三个难题:即低功耗,布线,设计难。并介绍了解决难题的方法。
With the improvement of LSI design and manufacture process, a SOC （ System on Chip）, technology, is established. This paper presents three problems to the development of SOC： power crisis, interconnection crisis, and complexity crisis. Some possible solutions to overcome those are introduced.
