护士竞聘上岗与绩效管理的做法与体会 被引量:17

摘要 目的合理分配护士效益工资,挖掘其潜能,调动工作积极性。方法设置相应护理岗位,岗位人数及系数,通过个人申请、资格审定、理论考试、竞聘演讲、民主测评的流程竞聘上岗,对护士实行绩效考评后测算个人效益工资,每月兑现。结果将人员安置在合适的岗位,按考评结果及岗位兑现效益工资,提高了护理工作质量与工作效率,护士及病人满意度显著提高。结论良性的竞争及考评机制,体现了能级及绩效对应的原则,从而使护士工作积极性和护理质量不断提高。 Objective To distribute the efficiency - related wages of nursing staff rationally,and make full use of nurses' potentiality and arouse their working enthusiasm. Method Set up different nursing posts, post number and coefficient, and implement the practice of competition post through the following procedure : voluntary application, qualification assessment, theoretical examination, competition speech, and democratic investigation. Then calculate and hand out the efficency - related wages each month after performance appraisal for the nurses. Results The practice of suitable post for suitable personnel and distribution of efficiency - related wages according to performance appraisal improved both the quality and efficiency of nursing, and the nurses' and patients' satisfactioin. Conclusion The appropriate competition and appraisal system reflected energy and performance corresponding principle,and promoted the improvement of nurses' working enthusiasm and the quality of nursing.
