摘要
为了获得用于皮革防霉实验的菌种,从四川地区霉变的猪皮(包括酸皮、蓝湿皮、染色革坯和成品革)上分离得到了19种霉菌,并选择了五种防霉剂,即富马酸二甲酯(B)、尼泊金丙酯(C)、肉桂酸(D)、异噻唑啉酮(E)和本实验室合成的一种防霉剂产品A(肉桂酸酯类衍生物,A),通过抑菌圈法测定了它们对这19种霉菌的抑菌效果,结果表明其抑菌性能的顺序为:E>A>D>C>B。
19 species of moulds that will be used in the antifungal experiments are separated from the mildewed pigskins including pickled pelts, wet blue, dyed pelts and finished leather. Dimethyl fumarate(B), propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate(C), cinnamic acid(D), isothiozolone(E) and sample A (A) which was synthesized by the lab were chosen as the active ingredients of the combined antifungal agents and their antifungal activity to these moulds was tested. Results show that the order of their antifungal activity is E〉A〉D〉C〉B.
