微生物法生产γ-癸内酯的初步研究 被引量:5

Initial study on γ-decalactone production by microbial bioconversion

摘要 研究了耶罗威亚酵母(Yarrowiasp.)转化蓖麻油生成γ-癸内酯的过程。根据菌株的生长特性,确定底物蓖麻油的最适加入时间;分批培养菌体转化,γ-癸内酯产量为2.4 g/L;采用转化液接种进行二次转化,γ-癸内酯产量可提高到4.0 g/L;考察了溶氧条件变化对γ-癸内酯积累的影响。 The production of γ-decalactone from ricinoleic acid yeast characteristic, we determined the optimum time of adding by Yarrowia sp was studied. According to this castor oil, and the concentration of γ-decalactone was 2.4 g/L. Using former broth as seeds for a second bioeonversion, γ-deealactone concentration finally reached 4.0 g/L. we investigated effect of dissolved oxygen on decalactone production, and intermediate accu- mulated in this transformation was also speculated
