摘要
目的探索治疗复杂髋臼骨折的方法以提高疗效。方法2000年1月-2003年11月我院共收治复杂髋臼骨折28例,按不同类型分别用重建钢板、螺丝钉予以内固定治疗。随访1-5年,平均3年。结果术后骨折(复位按Judet等人方法评估)达解剖复位者24例,满意复位者3例,不满意复位者1例。按Harris评分评估髋关节功能:优21例,良4例,可2例,差1例,其中深部感染1例,发生异位骨化者4例。结论手术治疗复杂髋臼骨折是有效可靠的方法。
Objective To explor the method of treating the combined acetabular fracture. Methods Between January 2000 and November 2001, a total of 28 acetabular fractures were treated surgically（mainly combined fractures）. Which were surgically fixed with restructing plate and screw according the type of fracture, the average follow- up was 36 months. Results The Postoperative reduction（ according Judet＇ s method） was graded as excellent in 96% and imperfect in 4% of the patients,The hips were evaluated functionally according to the harris score and rated as excellent in 21 patient.s（78% ）, good in 4 patients（14% ）, fair in 2 patients（7% ） and poor in 1 patients（4 % ）.qlaere were 1 deep infections and 4 heterotopic ossifications. Conclusion Our results support the idea that open reduction was a good method to treat the acetabular fracture.
