血磷水平在脓毒症患者中的临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨血磷在脓毒症发病过程中的变化及其诊断价值。方法采用磷钼酸紫外线分光光度法测定血磷的含量,分析40例脓毒症患者血浆中磷的含量及其动态变化,并与30例非脓毒症患者及20例健康人对照分析。结果脓毒症患者入组当天血磷含量显著低于非脓毒症组和对照组(P<0.01),而血钙水平无明显变化。死亡组患者的血磷随病情恶化呈持续下降趋势(r=-0.958,P<0.01)。结论检测血磷含量对于尽早发现脓毒症、判断其病情及预后具有重要价值。 Objective To investigate the variance and value of Hypophosphatemia in the diagnosis of septic patients. Methods Plasma phosphorus and its variables were measured by spectrophotography of ammonium molybdophosphate and ultraviolet ray in 40 septic patients, and compared with 30 non - septic patients and 20 health persons. Results The plasma level of plasma phosphorus decreased significantly in patients with sepsis ( P 〈0. 01 ), and were gradually increased to normal level with improvement, while the calcium of plasma had no significantly changes, the plasma phosphorus had a trend of gain in state of an progressive illness in 8 dead patients ( r = -0. 958, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The quantitative analysis of Plasma phosphorus is a rapid and sensitive method in the early finding sepsis, diagnosing its condition and prognosis.
