摘要
应用神经网络模型对某电子元器件在非工作状态时的可靠性性能参数时间序列进行预测,并与自回归模型预测结果进行了比较。检验结果表明,神经网络预测模型有较高的精度,具有很好的实用价值。
A neural network model for the prediction of reliability parameters time series of electronic components non-operation condition is introduced. Compared with the auto-regressive prediction model, this model can produce results with better precision. It is shown that the neural metwork prediction model is an accurate and practical method.
