纳米银材料抗菌效果研究及其安全性初步评价 被引量:34

摘要 为了确定纳米银材料的抗菌效果及其使用安全性,进行了纳米银材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭实验效果的观察,并通过小鼠急性毒性实验和家兔皮肤刺激性实验以评价其使用安全性.结果表明,在37℃,大于5.7μg/cm2的表面涂布纳米银材料或大于100 mg/L的纳米银载体浸泡悬液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用1h抑制率均大于95%;纳米级银材料对小鼠经口灌喂5 000 mg/kg时,小鼠安全,对兔皮肤刺激性积分为0,属于实际无毒级.纳米银材料具有高效抗菌活性并且使用安全. To determine the anti - bacterial efficacy of silver nanoparticles, the inhibition effect of the silver nanopaticles on E. coli and Staphylococcus aureaus are researched. The tests of oral toxicity on mice and skin stimulation on rabbit are conducted to evaluate the safety of silver nanoparticles. The results show that more than 95% bacteria are inactivated when Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureaus are incubated at 37℃ for one hour in the culture dish coated with 5.7 μg/cm^2 silver nanopaticles material, or in the solution containing 100 mg/L silver nanopaticles material. When the oral dose of this material for mice is 5 000 mg/kg, and its stimulating score on the rabbit skin is zero, which suggests its safety. The silver nanopaticles has high antibacterial efficacy and biological safety as a new type of material.
