起搏器或埋藏式心脏转复除颤器置入后感染性心内膜炎的特点及治疗策略 被引量：2

摘要 除具有一般感染性心内膜炎(IE)的特点外,起搏器或埋藏式心脏转复除颤器置入术后感染性心内膜炎的主要特点是右心系统的心内膜感染和持续菌血症,容易发生肺部栓、脓肿。除正规抗感染治疗外,绝大多数患者治疗应该早期取出已经感染的起搏器系统以提高患者治愈率。
